The HBFP has always been a tough heli, and the V2 is even better, some of these parts I don't think you will need but then again, never hurts to have spares.

Main Blades Keep 1 spare pair of blades on hand at all times. You should also look into getting some Super Blades XP from SuperSkids.
Rotor Head Keep at least 2 of these on hand, the balls on the side break off, although it can be repaired sometimes.
Ring Like Push Rods buy lots of these, they are cheap and can't be repaired.
Center Hub Definitely want an extra one of these. Another part that really can't be repaired.
Outer Paddle Control Frame Another cheap part so keep a few on hand. I would recommend getting a CNC Aluminum Outer Paddle Control frame instead.
Main Motor The life span on the main motor can be between 3 and 75+ Flights. More hovering usually means shorter life span, so keep a spare on hand.
Extra Battery Buy a few extra batteries so you can get more flight time. Any 11.1v 800 - 1200 mAh is fine. I still suggest that you keep flights limited to 10 mins or less.
Tail Motor The tail motor on the HBFP V2 works very hard, Sometimes they just quit working and other times they lose power slowly. Always have 1 spare motor.
Tail Rotor There are small nubs that break off, when they do the tail rotor won't connect to the tail gear.
Main Shaft These don't bend too often on this heli and when they do, sometimes they can be bent back.
Tail Gear and Shaft These can sometimes break when the tail hits the ground or anything really hard
Swashplate Guide I don't know if you'll ever break this but it'll suck if you do.
Canopy Flying with No Canopy or a Broken Canopy is fine but It looks funny. So having a spare one is personal prefrence.
Swashplate I have only broke 1 of these in many months of flying and crashing the HBFP. They can seperate though.
The HoneyBee FP V2 (HBFP V2) is, in my opinion, the best "First/Trainer" Heli available. It is a very simple design and very durable. It will fly just like the bigger 6ch helis except it doesn't fly upside down. I Highly Recommend It.

Alot of the upgrades available for the HBFP aren't necessary but there are a few I think you should get.
Upgrades

CNC Aluminum Outer
Super-Blades XP
